Return Policy
At EdwardShop, we want you to love how your custom shape quilted table topper looks on your table. Because our products feature unique shapes and designs, we have tailored our return policy to balance flexibility with fairness.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of stains, pet hair, or odors, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Due to the nature of shaped textile products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, laundered, or altered in any way.
Eligible reasons for return include:
- Incorrect shape or design shipped
- Wrong color or pattern variation compared to listing
- Manufacturing defects such as uneven quilting, loose stitching, torn fabric, or misshapen edges
- Item significantly different from product photos and description
Items not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or monogrammed toppers
- Gift cards
- Items returned beyond 30 days
How to initiate a return:
- Email customer@edwardshop.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return in the subject line.
- Attach clear photos showing the item and any defect or discrepancy.
- Our team will provide the return address and step-by-step instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Keep the receipt for your records.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges are processed if the desired item is in stock; otherwise, we issue store credit or refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by EdwardShop if the item is defective or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. EdwardShop is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping if a non-trackable method is used.
