Shipping Policy
EdwardShop ships custom shape quilted table toppers from our fulfillment centers to customers worldwide. Here is what you can expect after placing an order.
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days. During high-volume seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine's Day, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a tracking notification once your order ships.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Canada and Mexico: 7 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 8 to 16 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days
- Other international destinations: 12 to 28 business days
Shipping methods: Standard economy shipping via national postal services or regional couriers. Depending on your location, your package may be delivered by USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, or equivalent local carriers. Expedited shipping is not currently available for all regions.
Shipping rates:
- United States: Flat rate $5.99
- Canada: Flat rate $8.99
- United Kingdom and Europe: Flat rate $10.99
- Australia and rest of world: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Free shipping:
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $55 or more to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Australia. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier volume may cause delays. EdwardShop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer will be charged for reshipping.
